Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel orders before shipment.

If the product has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Dilkush 4D reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

1. Product unavailability
2. Pricing errors
3. Fraud detection
4. Payment verification failure

Customers will receive a full refund if an order is cancelled by us.
